Instructions for online submission of Application

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1) Fill the online Convocation Form Carefully.
2) Candidates who are declared qualified for the award of Under Graduate / Post Graduate
Diploma / Post Graduate/ Ph.D programmes on or before July 2025 are
eligible for receiving the respective degree certificate.
3) Application fee shall be remitted through online thru’ SBI e-Pay gateway
4) The degree certificates of those candidates admitted to the convocation IN-ABSENTIA
will be sent by registered post to the address given by the candidate. Kindly fill the
correct address and contact number in the specified columns.
5) NAD and ABC registration details are mandatory
6) No refund of fee will be entertained at any circumstances.
7) Important Dates: Date of commencement of Online Application 08.08.2025
8) Last date of Online Application 17.08.2025

Before filling online application, kindly possess the following documents :
1) Scanned photocopy of Provisional Certificate \ Transfer Certificate in .pdf format.
2) Recent passport size colour photograph (without mask) for printing in the Degree
Certificate. The photograph shall be in a formal dress without a distorting background in
JPEG/JPG format.  Mobile Selfies will not be accepted.

3) Aadhaar Card of the candidate and accompanying persons (Merged in one pdf file)
